Each shirt is made to order, so fulfillment happens before the carrier transit time begins.

Processing time

Most orders are produced in 2-5 business days. During busy periods, production can take a little longer.

Shipping time

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery timing depends on the destination, selected shipping method, and carrier activity after fulfillment.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link if tracking is available for the selected service.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. We may not be able to change the address after production starts. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require a new shipping charge.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated for several business days or your package appears lost, contact us through the contact page with your order number and we will help review next steps.
