Return and refund policy

We want your shirt to show up right and ready for the plan. If something is wrong with your order, contact us through the contact page within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, a short description, and photos if the item is damaged or misprinted.

Made-to-order items

Each shirt is made after you order it. Because of that, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or a change of plans. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we will review it and make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Returns

If we approve a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it. We will send return instructions after approval. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
